We booked a double room and it was exceptionally comfortable. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator worked well. The staff was nice and made us feel comfortable...

the apartment-style accommodation had three rooms, a shared bathroom, and a kitchen-like area. Although the doorbell didn't work, we received an automatic response in Italian when we called. It took a bit of attention to locate the door, but the names next to the doorbells helped. the room was comfortable and had a clean bed, charging options, and hot water for showers. the location near Termini station was convenient for exploring the city.
